error when hit the command docker exec -it lnd-dev lncli unlock

when I try to implement Full Stack Development through docker and I create the superuser then then hit the command docker exec -it lnd-dev lncli unlock I get error that Error response from daemon: Container 099677d7ceb7e707bde76145b19c52dc8558dd771dfc2a631489fae1822c3bec is not running

and when i hit the command
docker start 099677d7ceb7e707bde76145b19c52dc8558dd771dfc2a631489fae1822c3bec
then this error has been shown
Error response from daemon: Container aa84ee27c6f53ae3d8e2acca26bc12ff113ac167d3f37d24e38081ee61f5cccd is restarting, wait until the container is running
