Download the Roblox avatar example as OBJ
None of the avatars will be rigged they are the same model used on the profile page to show the avatar.
You will also have to change blend mode to opaque and if the hat has the "outline" effect turn on "backface culling"
If you don't want to run this just use RbxSociety.
