Not escaping apostrophes in data pull #1

Pulling in data from sheets, we're seeing errors when it runs into apostrophes; it can be either in the tab name of the sheet, or in the actual data

As in the above, it's not escaping out the apostrophe in "don't" and then blowing up the rest of the import. Otherwise this is an incredible tool.
