<p>It performs Shifting and it is constructed when passing kShift to the <a class="el" href="classrr_1_1_cuda_backend.html" title="This interface class manages the creation of CUDA Algorithms and CUDA Buffers.">CudaBackend</a></p>
<p>Inherits from <a class="el" href="classrr_1_1_i_algorithm.html" title="This interface provides a way to apply algorithms to an image.">IAlgorithm</a>. This algorithm consists of shifting right a number of bits given in the parameters of the function apply. It uses the NPP library from NVIDIA. </p>
