I'm having a bit of a problem with chbmv and zhbmv.
The calculations when I set incy!=1 in the row main order do not match what I expect, especially the results at incy<0 are very strange, and the manual calculations based on the formulas in the official documentation show what seems to be a library calculation error.
The calculations are the result of what appears to be a calculation after swapping the real and imaginary parts of Y. Am I calling it wrong or is it deliberately set up this way?
