Add tests to cover the changes here.

This could be added to the pre-existing IDevID testing, with certificates being used that:

  • Are missing a SAN - should pass with a warning
  • Contain a SAN but are missing HW info - should pass with warning
  • Have the incorrect HW ID - should fail
