[BUG] TRYING TO MAKE FIREY INGOTS INSTEAD MAKES DRAGON ASH

Describe the bug

When trying to make firey ingots via the fire dragon forge, it instead makes dragon ash, the same output as if you were to put any random assortment of things

To Reproduce

get t3+ fire dragon, get firedragon forge, get firey blood/tears, get crucible steel, place firey blood/tears THEN crucible steel

Expected behavior

you get Charred Dragon Ash

I don't think it's considered a real recipe, dragonsteel works however.
