Enhancement: Improve the UI of the Requestor Details in Task-requests page

Issue Description

Currently in the Dashboard site , there is a requestor's detail modal that contains the information like :
( - ) Proposed Start Date
( - ) Proposed Deadline
( - ) Description
The current design is not desirable and there is a lot of scope in improvement.

Expected Behavior

The expected UI works right now but needs design modification

Current Behavior

The design that would be suggested by the designers will be implemented
