Improve Site Performance

Issue Description

We want to increase the performance of members-site. This is a public facing site and we would benefit from having a faster load time. Current site is okay when loading home page and slower when loading any member's page. We can improve performance of both of these.

The project should also be organized properly, folder structure, proper Eslint, Prettier configuration to improve code base and increase maintainability indirectly contributing to improved website.
