Try turning on 'force AVC' in the spoof settings and see if that fixes it.

Try any or all of the following:

• Enable app version spoofing (General settings)
• Change to a different YT account
• Clear the YT app data

It plays fine for me. Maybe the issue is with GMS core login if you have recently changed your password.

Please check with the following steps:

1. Unstall and reinstall gms core downloaded from ReVanced. Login again. Disable all battery related optimizations. See if it fixes the issue.

2. Clear youtube ReVanced app data don't import any settings from previous patches. Without doing any settings change test once.
