The example deficiency catalog that is currently part of the store example uses
deprecated terminology. The catalog itself is called
ComponentBasedBadSmellCatalog and the contained formalizations still have old
names.

They terminology should match that of the PhD thesis (deficiency instead of bad
smell, Interface Violation instead of Illegal Method Access, etc.)

Note that this has an effect on the implementation of the relevance analysis
and the architecture preview as they depend on the names of the deficiencies.
The files "config.properties" in the projects
"org.archimetrix.architecturepreview.ui" and
"org.archimetrix.relevanceanalysis" have to be adapted in accordance with the
deficiency catalog.
