Tag a new release with the --append-newline flag available

Hi,

Could you tag a release and upload binaries with this commit included, please? This would be greatly appreciated so we can better integrate svgcleaner in the Godot editor icon creation process. We now have static checks in CI that require all files to end with a blank line.

Looks like it will take a bit longer, since I want to embed SVGZ generation into the cli tool.
