Feat: Add Hover Effect to Static Reservation Form

Describe the feature

The current Reservation Form is static and lacks any interactive hover effects. To make the form more engaging and user-friendly, we would like to add hover effects to the input fields and buttons. This will improve the user experience by providing visual feedback when interacting with the form.

Task:

• Add hover effects (e.g., background color change, shadow, or border highlight) to input fields and the submit button.
• Ensure the hover effects are smooth and consistent with the overall design.
