MHP30 over 200 Deg C

Hi, I am trying to get temperatures on the MHP30 over 200 C and the plate goes to the temperature, stays there for a while, then it goes to the main menu and drops in temperature... I thought it was a time issue since I was doing ramps each 10 C and when I was in the 200s I was already 40-ish minutes with the plate ON, but I now tried to go straight to that temperature and this behaviour persists. Any idea of what might be the problem?
