First of all, thank you for your detailed explanation. This is the first time I have reported a problem. I don’t understand some rules, so please forgive me for any mistakes. I come from Taiwan and use a laptop with Chinese fonts, so the pictures cannot be translated into English. Please forgive me. Miniware’s official explanation is:" DFU is not open source, it needs Ralim/Iron firmware to be compatible with DFU3.48. "Can I ask Ralim to release a new version of firmware to be compatible with DFU3.48? Thank you very much.

The firmware is compatible to DFU 3.48.
One of my test Irons runs it and I test it before release.
However DFU 3.48 is not stable. Generally to get it to load you need to do the double copy method as detailed elsewhere on the docs. And even then some USB controllers the GD clone chips just dont work well one as Miniware didnt fit a crystal oscillator as required by the spec.

Please, you don't have to apologize for anything - we all learn something new everyday. I just provided you a few advises so you could get the better result in getting help, that's it.

What I meant is that it maybe could be useful if you could provide in English briefly the short translation of what exactly that error message box says. It could be helpful or not. But the more information you provide when you report the issue, the better.

It may be your case. However, it seems your Windows can't even copy the firmware file to the DFU USB drive (which your error message box says on your screenshot but I'm not sure - that's why it would be useful to understand what it says exactly).

Anyway, did you try to follow common recommendations from my comment? These are common recommendations which usually help other users with the similar issues like the one that you have now. And it's based on the advises which did help others (including myself) to solve the similar issues. Did you rename the firmware file to very short name with all capital letters? Did you even try to change the cable? What are the results? The same? Or the error message looked different? Do you have ERR file on DFU USB drive after copying firmware or you didn't? Did you try different USB port on your computer (remember - no hub and no front panel, no any usb extension cords)? Was there any difference? Did you try to use another PC? Usually these are the ones things which help in your case.

There is no reason to keep tagging me.
@ia is telling you everything I would as well.
The firmware has been tested on TS100,TS80,TS80P,TS101 units here and flashes and works fine for me.
I am however using linux rather than Windows. Its been well documented that newer Windows versions have issues with the bootloader that comes on the TS100. They never acted on my reports of issues or suggestions for fixes, and instead just always say the same story that its my end. Yet it works perfectly for me, and if you read the existing issue and discussions the fixes tend to be to try using a different computer / os. This is because they have coded their bootloader with assumptions around how the OS acts, and the exact order it does things in. Any anti-virus software for example and interfere with this. Which is why we suggest using a different PC; as the hope is that one of them is "clean" of interfering software.
