Expression 2 Iris screen not working properly

I was looking around in Wiremod and found the E2 dialing computer and iris screen today so I decided to try that out I connected everything properly and set up a code on the iris computer but when you try and enter it on the GDO it denies it no matter what. Also whenever the dialing computer finish's booting up it says something about how the server has 10000 BPS and it needs 13000 BPS . Does someone know if it is an issue with CAP or Wiremod?

The commands you need to input into your console are written in the top comments of the E2 script, here they are: wire_expression2_unlimited 1, wire_egp_max_bytes_per_seconds 13000, and wire_egp_max_objects 440
