Add examples to group-by tutorial and update image field names

• Field names in the images used in the joining timeseries and grouping and filtering tutorials are out of date and need to be updated.
• Add remaining group-by examples from here DevCon presentation
• Why are the dataframes not being rendered in the grouping and filtering notebook (when published)?
• Also add the schema diagram in 01_introduction_schema.ipynb as an html image to fix the size when published
• Split out clone-from-s3 and metrics functionality into two separate notebooks, adding more detail like bootstrapping, etc. to the metrics notebook
