能否增加UDP TX测试的-b带宽参数的设置.

要增加的代码估计会比较多，建议由只做接收，然后由PC那边限制带宽更容易些。
测试发送这边，暂时只做TCP吧。

是会影响到UDP整个的传输吗?
涉及udp相关的设置也要一并修改?
(PS:使用中感觉udp的确不是很稳定,多任务传输丢包太严重.)
