It would be super helpful if, when viewing a district, there were links to neighboring districts.

This could be done manually at first, but I also have an idea for using Colorado county reference data to build an adjacency list. So far I'm not finding a pre-built data source for county adjacency. I could use Census Bureau kml files or similar to build one myself.
