Create unified ADRG standard for R submissions #112
Comments
Please include me in the future working group. |
The following is a relevant email from Chris Price The ADRG template, referenced in the FDA TCG, is a PHUSE product and we have a process for updating these so that they can continue to be referenced. The team has already started work on including content for open source submissions and would value input from R Consortium Working Groups and members into any necessary updates/enhancements. R Consortium may find more value in contributing to the PHUSE effort rather than duplicating effort on a stand-alone R Consortium template. Kind regards Chris |
This was a nice scrapping code from Pilot 4 for getting all package versions and description from |
Sam Parmar kindly shared some (WIP) Quarto templates in the working group meeting today: https://github.com/parmsam/quarto-adrg |
Looks like an "open source metadata documentation" working group has been formed: https://phuse-org.github.io/OSDocuMeta/ |
I think that is the one @laxamanaj (from Pilot 3) is involved with |
Hi, @ALL. Yes, a PHUSE WG has been formed to work on this, but we definitely welcome input from everyone involved in these R Consortium R Submissions WG Pilots as we've now delivered ADRGs in the last 3 Pilots. Currently, I am co-leading this effort with https://github.com/Lovemore-Gakava . We are brainstorming gradual steps to begin templatizing the ADRG for Open-source submissions and will seek your input in the near future. |
I propose we work together to create a common, unified ADRG content standard and templates for R submissions. This could help simplify work for everyone:
