It would be nice if there was either the ability to add a delay to champion selection. Therefore we could just skip the spectator delay by just starting the champion selection 3 minutes later.
Otherwise a good workaround would be if its possible to record the champion selection and play it later while its still recording. Since champion selections in tournament draft mode last for 5-10 minutes (assuming an average draft lasts 7 minutes).
Currently we could start the champion selection recordung as soon as the "real" champion selection was finished. We might be able to skip the first minute where the first two bans go through and we can end the champ selection as soon as the last swap was finished.
This brings us to average 6 minutes cs-duration. Lets say we start this 30 seconds before the players go ingame. After this and the default delay (3:30m) we still have to wait another 2:30 minutes before we can start the game.
The problem with this is that most of the time players have to start the next game around 5 minutes after the previous game. Being 6 minutes behind is to long.
I suggest allowing to play a replay of cs that is still recording or adding a textfield where you can enter the amount of seconds that the cs should be delayed.
