[ Feature ] Automatically show/hide inhibitor timers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment, the inhibitor overlay needs to be enabled/disabled manually. It's easy to forget and not show/hide the overlay when needed.

Describe the solution you'd like
The existing information sources should contain events when inhibitors are taken down, so automatically showing/hiding inhibs with a manual override should work without issue.

Totally agree! I would also add on the topic of this panel that having the inhibitor timers that are not destroyed be set to '-' instead of '00:00' automatically and on initial start, as having them stuck at '00:00' looks like the timer hasn't been switched off.
