eMonocot appears to still use/link to the decommissioned GBIF portal http://data.gbif.org. The GBIF portal and webservices have been replaced with http://www.gbif.org and http://api.gbif.org/v1/ instead.

Thanks for the update. I don't think eMonocot is actively pulling from that url, it is just displayed in the description. I'll still try and get it changed.
