v4 intermediary endpoints should specify maven url #8

Currently, the intermediary endpoints for meta only specify the maven path of the intermediary version and the game version - it seems like it might be a good idea to also specify which maven they're on, in case quilt eventually starts publishing these to their own maven or mirrors them from fabric's maven.
