At the moment no noise is dependent on the (global) time. Such a noise, for instance, is useful to describe heat-induced noise. This feature can be useful for trapped ions, to be able to simulate heat and cooling down.

Since there is no globaltime defined, the user can partially implement a circuit and continue, although that is not advised because it does not check the requirements of previously implemented gates. I need to think more about this.
