[Feature Request] Auto-Meditation for Monk

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Like with Auto-Summon and Auto-Paint, it would be nice to have the option for monk to use meditiaton automatically outside of combat since I often forget to do it

Describe the solution you'd like
Make Monk use Steeled/Forbidden Meditation when outside of combat if they do not have 5 mantra

Additional context
Considering Auto-Carbuncle/Fairy, Auto-Paint and Auto-Umbral Soul exists I do not see how it could be much of an issue to add Auto-Meditation
