Currently the priority of voting is fixed. It would be better to set up different based on player's role. For example:
When playing as tank, prioritize tank > healer > dps.
When playing as healer, prioritize healer > tank > dps.
When playing as dps, prioritize dps >tank > healer.
Hope I made the point.
