Auto Desynth reads the wrong class level

Character gets stuck trying to desynth LTW items if your WVR lvl is under 30. Character also doesn't desynth ALC items if your CUL is under 30. Every class seems to be off and it only works if you have every job over 30, even if you don't need it for the respective item that you're trying to desynth.
