As you can imagine, if you want to be equitable, you should convey all the info here in an accessible way. If you were blind, and you were someone who needed the information in this graphic, would just a concise list cut it? I don't know about you, but I have no idea what myeloma is (except that it's my eloma, not your eloma .. ).
However: should it all be in the alt text? We don't like having a large amount if we can avoid it and like to use the surrounding text to describe things in detail because it is easier for screen reader users to go through live text than alt text. The article Infographic Alt Text covers this situation: you can have a summary as alt text, and a long description as live text below. You should consider this.
