Enable site change: Add search functionality.

I believe that being able to search the content within the site would be very useful. This is especially true if someone can't recall the exact term used to refer to a component type.

The basis should be ARIA combobox component. The autocomplete data should be pulled from templates/data/meta-info.json.

Note that the autocomplete information may include the description as well.
