UI Suggestion: Improve pause animations option styling

In order to show that including the feature won't detract from the design of the site, the design of the Pause Animations button should be improved.

Putting the option under a global settings flyout/drawer may be one solution (as long as it doesn't become less usable by people with cognitive impairments). A global settings section would also allow other accessibility options to be included such as changing the font size, dark mode, high contrast, etc.
