Update Tab Component CSS

The Tab Component has an older look. Want to have something that looks more modern. Maybe something like the default React look as seen in the screenshot below (if you think of a better design, please talk to Zoltan and pitch what it should look like).

Remember you should also design for dark mode as well and windows high contrast mode as well.
