Make side menu for the component pages dynamic (JSON)

For each of the components pages (forms-menu.php, controls-menu.php, content-menu.php, code-patterns-menu.php), create a markup via a JSON file to dynamically load the subsection titles/links for the side menu. This will make adding pages less error prone. Currently, all of this is hardcoded for each page (see attached photo for example of current code for the Forms menu).
