At the moment the styling for the visible character counter text — e.g. 11/100 — is dependent on a .less file that is not provided to users of Enable's npm package.

Explore ways to incorporate default styling for the character counter text so that it's packaged with the Enable project.

Aside: there are remnants of code indicating the use of a __template to allow users to provide their own custom counter text. When this ticket is visited, it may be preferred to allow the user to provide their own template as opposed to providing a default styling for the counter text.
