I think it would be great value to have a system/functionality built-in into the plugin marketplace website that allows the user/viewer to report a plugin as "Not functional" or "Not working". This will be valuable for plugins that are clearly not working, empty plugins or those that do different functionality that stated by the created of the plugin.
This can be provided by adding a button to "Report incorrect plugin" to the details page of a plugin for example: https://market.nativescript.org/plugins/nativescript-camera . After a X number reports the marketplace should display an icon or warning that this plugin has been reported as "Not functioning" or "Contains issues".
