Implement a dialog to show the user SEND / DON'T SEND / ALWAYS SEND options for crash reports. Crash reports can then be intercepted, as described in the AppCenter documentation.

NB. As AppCenter reporting is only implemented for testing volunteers, this is a nice to have feature.
