Describe the bug
If you make a tpa request to a player and then proceed to commit crimes, you will still be able to get teleported to the player if he accepts your request.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Send a tpa request to a player
  2. Commit a crime
  3. Ask the player to accept your tpa request

Expected behavior
The player shouldn't be able to teleport since he has committed crimes
