Describe the bug
Friendlymarker does not get removed/added on gang leave/join

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Enable Friendly Marker
Leave Gang
Still have FriendlyMarker to your old gang members until relog

Expected behavior
Friendly Marker is gone.
