I think the shape of the German constituencies are (at least partially) incorrect (or at least not up-to-date).
example:
the constituency 197 (Neuwied) which should be in Rheinlandpfalz (Rhineland-Palatina) is placed in Thuringia. This is probably related to a new cut of the constituencies since the 2017 election.
Thuringia lost one seat to Bavaria (due to change in population size) that is why at least in some cases the numbering of the constituencies and their geography has changed a lot.
I think the constituency names and numbers are correct, but the geographical data seems to be incorrect and probably taken from 2013.
