카카오 API를 호출하여 카카오톡에 로그인된 사람인지
맞다면 이미 픽미에 가입된 사람인지 체크합니다.

✔ 해야할 일!

카카오 API호출
호출한 결과를 갖고 우리 서버의 DB와 확인 후 적절값 내보내기
