Make sure you have the following installed in your Dockerfile - gettext python3 build-base - these are required for bcrypt to install on the system and allow for local logins.

Please make sure you read the git commits instead of blindly upgrading :)

There is a new config option to enable/disable local logins. In your docker-compose.yml file please include this line right after the UPLOADDEMOS variable:

- LOCALLOGIN=true

Or false, if you wish to disable local register/login.
