Reassess the various proposed v4 outlines and adopt sections

• We proposed a long-form version of the outline on Google Docs
• We used a shorter outline focused on the Peeragogy Patterns in the pilot course.

We should reassess both of these (and any other relevant information, like the Starter Pack and the Futures paper) and put together an outline that we are happy with. This time, in parallel to making the outline, we need to know who is adopting which tasks.
