More frequent and specific contextual help instead of fewer more general ones. #37

In various places contextual help could be improved by having more of them next to the specific component they refer to instead of having a large help button in the page tab.

Example: The “GO” button at the bottom of the enrichment table could use a tooltip instead of explaining its function in the Enrichment tab help button.

Adds more contextual help in enrichment view,
specifically to each column and row of row
expansion.

Reorganizes the overlaypanel to be closer to
their calling button.

- Loads HighCharts from CDN
- General finishing touches.
- Removes tabs in favour of compact view.
- Uses area/streamgraph instead of xrange
   for annotation history chart.
- More and polished contextual help.
