Describe the bug

The CodeQL GitHub Action develop-postgres branch fails

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Submit a PR to the branch
  2. Test fails

Expected behavior

  1. The test must pass
  2. The test must be valid in detecting poor code quality
