Bug: Blocked Members Not Showing

Describe the bug
When blocking members in an organization, they are not displayed in the blocked users section.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to any Organization Dashboard.
2. Go to Blocked Users screen.
3. Click on All Members options.
4. Block any member.
5. Click on Blocked Users option to check whether the member has been blocked.

Expected behavior
Blocked members should be listed in the blocked users section after they have been blocked.

Actual behavior
Blocked members are not displayed in the blocked users section, despite being blocked.
