Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there is no direct way to know weather a event is registerable or not, require a method to provide with this information to the user.

Describe the solution you'd like
When an event isRegisterable field is set to True then there must be a way for people seeing the event as registerable:

  1. Easily identify it as being an event that requires registration
  2. Register for the event via the calendar workflow

  1. Both.
  2. The User portal design must match that of Admin

@palisadoes @aashimawadhwa, I believe #1606 and this issue are similar. If that's not the case, could you provide a bit more detail on what needs to be covered in this particular issue?

  1. We are going to need to close this issue. There will be faster integration if we pursue the other one.
  2. Our internal coordination should have been better
