Slight re-wording to maybe include a brief explanation as to the possible cause, e.g. there is a problem with the HTTP response and this may be caused by local network issues if nothing is reported on the PagerDuty System Status page + maybe downgrading the word “catastrophic” as I would take that as meaning fatal or destructive.
