Delete request option

There should be an option to delete the request once it is completed or reverted. Otherwise, the list will become too long and unwieldy with already fulfilled requests. The Koha manual describes a delete option that doesn't exist.

I have proposed a patch for hiding ILL requests that are "done" here:

The rationale for hiding instead of deleting is that you might want to get statistics about your ILL requests.
