Entity with extremely small polygons causing invalid geometry

There is a "land_use" entity which has invalid geometry because of extremely small polygons.
Here is the id - "08b2ca2b43026fff0002ce19b8c400a9".

This one entity can be fixed, but in my opinion, this should be resolved in a generic way so that extremely small polygons are discarded from all entities, so that this doesn't happen again in the future.
