Descriptive summary

Building on #1021 , adding a "Tombstoned" option on the Works > Suppressed Bsi would help with finding removed works that still exist in the system.

Expected behavior

A backend user can use the Suppressed filter to browse/find a work that has been tombstoned using the Works > All Works or Works > Your Works tabs in the Dashboard.
